Small business websites

Real estate agency websites, built around the appraisal.

SiteDone builds and hosts real estate agency websites for Australian agents from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. The appraisal request is the single action the site is built around, with suburb pages behind it on Core Hub and Local Dominator so a local seller can see who you are before they call. Talk us through how you work in a voice note and we build it. No meetings, and the domain is in your name from day one.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

Sound familiar?

What's costing your real estate business appraisal requests

A seller shortlists two or three agents privately, long before any of them know the property exists.

They research you before you know they exist

Many sellers look up several agents before they contact one. That happens entirely without you, and your site is the only part of it you control.

Your portal profile is doing your marketing

The major portals show your listings alongside other agents in the suburb, on a page you do not own and cannot change. It sells the property. It does very little to sell you.

Nothing shows you actually know the suburb

Local knowledge is what an agent is really being chosen for, and most agent sites in the real estate industry assert it in one sentence on an About page rather than demonstrating it anywhere a seller would look.

The appraisal request is buried

It sits behind a generic Contact link at the end of a menu. The one action the whole site exists to produce is the hardest thing on it to find.

How it works

One voice note, live in 7 working days

You talk us through your patch and how you work. We write and build your new website from there.

The appraisal request, front and centre

One clear action, repeated wherever a seller is likely to be convinced, rather than hidden behind a contact page. Everything else on the site exists to support it.

Pages for the suburbs you work

Your core suburbs can have their own pages, so someone searching their own area can find you directly. This is where local knowledge stops being a claim and starts being visible. Core Hub includes two or three suburb or service pages and Local Dominator five to ten. On Starter your services share one Services page.

Proof that belongs to you

Reviews, recent activity and the way you actually run a campaign, on a site you own. When you change agencies, none of it stays behind.

Changes without a project

New suburb, updated bio, a change of agency? Send a voice note, a message or an email and it is done, without a developer or a quote for twenty minutes of work.

The full five steps are on the how it works page.

What happens if it doesn't work

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.

  • Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

  • 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.

  • 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

FAQs

Questions real estate agents ask about their website

More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.

How much does a real estate agency website cost?

Real estate website design starts at $89 a month. Core Hub is $129 and Local Dominator is $199. Setup is $0 right now. Prices are in AUD and charged monthly. We're not currently registered for GST, so none is added. The $49 domain registration and any add-ons are separate. After the first 3 months from go-live it is month to month, with 30 days' notice. Agency sites with live listing feeds from the portals cost far more, but that is a different job: ours is built around the appraisal enquiry and does not show live listings.

Will sellers find me when they search for an agent in my suburb?

Honestly, outranking the portals and the big franchise sites on a suburb search is hard, and anyone who promises it is guessing. What a good site does is give the seller who is already checking you out something solid to find, because many sellers look up a few agents before they call. We also build it so Google can read your suburbs and services properly, and on Core Hub and Local Dominator we link your Google Business Profile, and if you don't have one, we help you set one up and walk you through Google's verification.

Is this for a solo agent or a whole agency?

These real estate websites suit solo agents, boutique agencies and principals running a small team. Whatever you call yourself, agent, sales consultant or principal, the job of the site is the same: ask for the appraisal before a listing exists. If you need a large multi-office site with a portal feed, SiteDone is not built for that. If you are not sure it fits, contact us before you sign up.

Do you pull in my listings from the portals?

No, we do not build portal feed integrations, and we would rather be upfront about that. Our real estate agent websites are built around the appraisal request before a listing exists, which is a different job from displaying stock you already have.

I'm at an agency. Can I have my own site?

That depends entirely on your agency agreement, so check it first. Where agents are allowed a personal site, the advantage is that it stays yours if you move, because the domain is in your name.

How many suburb pages do I need?

Fewer than most people expect, done properly. Two or three suburbs you genuinely work beats ten you have listed once, because a thin page for an area you barely cover convinces nobody who lives there.

Can I add my reviews and past campaigns?

Yes, provided you have permission to publish them. Real proof on a site you own is worth considerably more than the same review sitting on a platform you do not control.

Can I show my licence details on my site?

Yes. Send us your licence details with your other information and we will add them. Each state has its own rules for what real estate agents must show in their advertising, and you stay responsible for meeting them. If you are not sure what your state requires, check with your state regulator before you send it over.

What if I change agencies?

The domain and the content are in your name from day one, not ours, and you can move the domain any time. The built site can be handed over after 9 paid months, with no handover fee. Updating the branding and details is a normal monthly change rather than a rebuild.

How quickly can it be live?

Seven working days from when your details reach us, not from when you subscribe. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.

Everything else is on the full FAQ page.
