Small business websites

A property stylist website that lets the work speak.

SiteDone builds and hosts websites for Australian property stylists from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. Styling is bought on the portfolio and almost nothing else, so the site is built around your photography rather than around copy, with the practical questions answered underneath. Send a voice note about how you work and the images you want to lead with, and we build the rest.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

Sound familiar?

Why property stylist enquiries stall

Two audiences, an agent and a vendor, looking at the same portfolio for completely different reasons.

The portfolio is squeezed into a template

Styling lives or dies on how the images look. Dropped into a generic gallery at low resolution with everything the same size, the work stops looking considered and starts looking like stock.

Agents and vendors want different things

An agent is checking whether you are reliable, insured and able to turn a property around before the campaign starts. A vendor is deciding whether it is worth the money at all. One page rarely answers both.

The practical questions are invisible

How long a styling lasts, what happens if the campaign extends, who moves furniture out, whether partial styling is an option. All of it decides the enquiry, and almost none of it is written down.

It is priced as a mystery

With nothing at all about how styling is scoped or costed, a vendor often assumes it is out of reach and does not ask. The page needs to make the shape of the cost understandable without quoting a number.

How it works

One voice note, live in 7 working days

You keep styling. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.

The portfolio treated as the product

Your photography given proper room and proper resolution, with the layout built around it rather than around a text column it has to fit into.

Separate paths for agents and vendors

An agent page about turnaround, reliability and how you work with a campaign. A vendor page about what styling involves and what it changes. Each making its own argument.

The practical questions answered

Hire periods, extensions, access, partial versus full styling, and what happens on both ends of the job. The things that decide an enquiry, in plain terms.

New work added by voice note

Send photos from the latest property and they go up. Refreshing the portfolio is a normal monthly change, with time included on every plan.

The full five steps are on the how it works page.

See it first

See a property stylist website before you sign up

This is a demo rather than client work, and the business in it is made up. Real client sites will replace it as they go live.

Property stylists demo site, built the same way yours would be. Open it on a phone, because that is where many of your customers will first find you.

There is no client portfolio here yet, and we would rather say so than pad the page with logos we have not earned.

What happens if it doesn't work

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.

  • Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

  • 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.

  • 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about property stylist websites

More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.

How many projects should the portfolio show?

Fewer, shown properly, beats everything you have ever done. A handful of complete properties with several rooms each tells an agent more than fifty single shots, and it loads faster too.

Can you handle high resolution photography?

Yes. Images are resized and converted at build time so they look sharp without making the page slow, which matters because a portfolio site that takes ten seconds to load can lose the enquiry.

Should I have separate pages for agents and vendors?

If you work with both, yes, where your plan has room. An agent is assessing turnaround and reliability, and a vendor is deciding whether it is worth doing at all. Those need different arguments. Core Hub includes two or three suburb or service pages and Local Dominator five to ten. On Starter your services share one Services page.

Should I put prices on the site?

You do not have to quote a number, but saying something about how styling is scoped stops vendors assuming it is out of reach. A from-price or an explanation of what drives the cost usually works better than silence.

Can I claim styling gets a better sale price?

Not on a site we build, unless you have something solid to back it. Figures like that circulate widely in this industry and are very hard to substantiate, and an unsupported claim about sale outcomes is the sort of thing that attracts attention.

How quickly can it be live?

Seven working days from when your details reach us, counting our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.
