Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026. Terms version 1.0. SiteDone is operated by Deep Chandra Singh Chilwal, trading as SiteDone and Leap Digital (ABN 26 199 619 080). These terms apply from the moment you subscribe to a plan and tick to accept them at signup. There is no separate agreement to sign.
What you're agreeing to
The same commitments already stated on pricing and the guarantees page, written out in full.
- Months since go-live
- Calendar months from the date your site went live. The minimum term and pause eligibility use this clock.
- Paid months
- Months you were actually billed and paid. Months when billing was paused do not count. Site handover uses this clock.
The service
SiteDone builds and hosts a website for your business, built from the plan you choose and the information you send us (a short form and a voice note about your business). We do not hold meetings or calls at any stage.
Pricing and billing
Prices are in Australian dollars and charged monthly, at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Your rate is locked in for as long as you remain subscribed. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added and our receipts are not tax invoices. Domain registration and add-ons are priced separately and shown before you pay. If we become registered for GST, we may add GST to the price after 30 days' written notice, and you may then cancel without paying an exit fee. We issue a receipt for each payment. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.
If you ask us to register a domain on your behalf, that charge is separate from your monthly subscription and isn't covered by the above. It may happen before your site is live, since a domain can be secured as soon as we know what you need, ahead of the build itself.
Minimum term and cancellation
Plans have a 3 month minimum term from the date your site goes live, counted in months since go-live. After the minimum term, your plan continues month to month. You may cancel at any time after the minimum term with 30 days' written notice to policies@sitedone.com.au. There is no exit fee. Cancelling inside the minimum term means paying out the remaining months of that term.
Build delivery (the 7 working days guarantee)
Your site is built and published within 7 working days of us receiving everything we need from you (your business form and voice note), measured from Melbourne time. Time we spend waiting on you (answering a question, reviewing a preview, a missing detail) does not count against this. Delays outside our control (domain registrar processing, DNS propagation) also do not count. If we take longer than 7 working days of our own time, your first month's fee is waived.
Review and changes before launch
You will receive a preview of your site and up to two rounds of feedback before it goes live. If you are not satisfied after both rounds, we will not publish the site and you owe no fees. If we have already charged a domain fee and have not registered the domain yet, we refund that too.
The 90-day lead guarantee (no-leads pause)
The 90-day lead guarantee applies on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans only. It is not part of Starter.
It needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site. You give us manager access so we can check it, and you keep the profile verified and active. Google controls verification and suspensions.
The 90 days start from the later of go-live and the date your profile is verified and linked. If Google suspends your profile, the count stops until it is back. If you upgrade from Starter to a plan that includes the guarantee, the 90 days start from the upgrade date, once your profile is verified and linked.
A real lead is a form enquiry with real details from a real person, or 5 or more taps on the Tap to Call button on your site in the 90 days (we count one tap per visitor per day). Bots, sales calls and your own tests do not count. We keep a record of form enquiries and taps on your site so we can tell when a lead came in. If it is genuinely unclear we will take your word for it rather than argue. If your site has no real lead within those 90 days, your monthly billing pauses automatically. Your site stays live during the pause. Billing restarts by itself when a qualifying lead is received.
This pause has no cap. It is separate from the pause you can ask for under "Pausing on request" below. Months when billing is paused are not paid months and do not count toward the 9 paid months for a handover. Amounts already paid before the pause are not refunded. You can still cancel while billing is paused. This guarantee relates only to leads reaching you; we do not guarantee any specific search ranking or ranking timeframe.
Google Business Profile
For the lead guarantee, we help you set one up and walk you through Google's verification, or work with the one you already have. You give us manager access so we can check it, and you keep it verified and active.
Google controls verification and suspensions. Verification timing varies, and the 90 days start from the later of go-live and the date your profile is verified and linked.
Pausing on request
You can ask for a pause of up to 1 month once you are 3 months past go-live, or once billing resumes after a no-leads pause, whichever is later. Your site stays live and billing stops for that month.
You can have one pause every 12 months, counted from the day your last pause ended. Ask us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. If you ask later than that, the pause starts the following month.
We may approve an extra pause sooner at our discretion. If we do, the next 12 months are counted from the day that pause ends. Approving one extra pause does not mean we will approve another.
A pause offered when you cancel counts as your pause for that 12 months. Months when billing is paused are not paid months. This pause is separate from the automatic no-leads pause above.
Cancelling and your backup
Before we process a cancellation we'll offer you a 1 month pause instead. If you accept, it counts as your pause for that 12 months.
If you still cancel, your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. It then sits in backup with us for 6 months. If you pay again in that time, we restore it.
During the backup window we may send you a few emails about restoring your site. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
A customer in a no-leads pause can also cancel, on the same notice.
Site handover
After 9 paid months we will hand over the built site with no handover fee, on 30 days' notice so we can prepare it. Months when billing was paused do not count as paid months, so a pause pushes that date back.
Before that, the built site stays with us unless we agree otherwise in writing. Handover is separate from your domain, which is yours from day one under the domain clauses below.
Monthly changes
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minor changes to your site (image swaps, copy edits, new or updated pages), as specified on the pricing page for your plan.
Changing plans
You can upgrade your plan at any time. We do not offer downgrades, because your site is built for the plan you chose and moving to a smaller plan would mean removing pages and fixing links. If you want less, you can cancel under the minimum term and cancellation clause and the cancelling and backup clause.
Domain ownership
Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, from the point it is registered. If you already own a domain, we point it at your site at no charge. If you need one registered, we will send you the available names, with prices, for you to approve. The fee is $49 for the first year (covering registration plus the work of finding an available name), renewing afterward at standard registrar rates. Premium or short domains are priced separately and quoted before anything is charged.
We charge the domain fee once you have approved the name, and before we register it. We register the domain once you have approved your build preview, shortly before launch. If you decide not to go ahead before we have registered the domain, we refund the domain fee in full. Once we have registered it the fee is not refundable, but the domain is still yours, and we will transfer it into an account you control at no extra charge, whether or not your site ever launches with us.
If the domain you want costs SiteDone close to or more than $49 to register, we will tell you the real price before charging or registering anything, and you can decide whether to go ahead at that cost.
Domain and content
Your domain is in your name from day one and stays yours whatever happens to your subscription. You can move it any time. The content you give us stays yours. The built site is handed over under the site handover clause above.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for holding any licence, registration or qualification you ask us to show on your site. We publish what you send us in good faith, and we may decline to publish anything we reasonably think is misleading or unlawful.
Enquiries and site data
You authorise us to collect, store and view the enquiries and phone tap counts from your site, so we can pass enquiries on to you, filter spam, run the lead guarantee and support you. To avoid counting the same person twice in a day, we use a one-way code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. We do not store your IP address.
Our record of enquiries and taps is the reference for the lead guarantee. If a lead is genuinely ambiguous we will take your word for it.
You keep your site's forms and phone links working, and you do not redirect or block enquiries.
Enquiry details belong to you as far as your own business goes. We keep them while you are a customer and for 6 months after you cancel, then we delete them. You can ask for a copy at any time or ask for earlier deletion.
We do not use the details of people who send enquiries for our own marketing.
What isn't guaranteed
We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, ranking position, or timeframe for either. We do not offer refunds on fees already paid, including where the 90-day guarantee has paused future billing (on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans). The no-leads pause stops future billing, it is not a refund.
Eligibility
SiteDone is not available to:
- AHPRA-regulated medical and clinical health practitioners (GPs, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, chiropractors, podiatrists, osteopaths, and similar). Naturopaths and unregulated wellness providers may be eligible, subject to review.
- ASIC-licensed financial advisors, insurance brokers, and securities or investment advice services. Mortgage broker businesses are eligible and sit outside this exclusion.
- Litigation legal services (family law, criminal law, personal injury, class actions, barristers). Small commercial law firms may be eligible.
- Adult, gambling, or controlled substance industries.
If you're unsure whether your business is eligible, email policies@sitedone.com.au before signing up.
Right to decline
We can decline to take on or continue a job at our discretion. This might include your business falling into a category listed under Eligibility Exclusions, work that goes meaningfully beyond what the plans and monthly change allowance are built for, or a working relationship that isn't functioning, unreasonable demands, abusive conduct, or requests well outside the scope of what's included.
If we decline before your site is built, you get a full refund of anything paid and owe nothing further. If we decline after your site is live, we'll give the same 30 days' notice you'd get if you cancelled yourself, and the cancelling and site handover clauses above apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and incorporate the protections of the Australian Consumer Law.
