The menu on the site is out of date
Prices moved, the specials changed, two things came off. Updating means finding whoever built the site, so the old version stays up and people order from it.
SiteDone builds and hosts websites for Australian cafes, takeaway shops, caterers and restaurants from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. Whatever you serve, people arrive with the same two questions: what have you got, and are you open. The site answers both fast, and you change them by sending a voice note. Tell us about the venue and we build the rest.
$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.
Different venues, same handful of questions, and the same problem keeping the answers current.
Prices moved, the specials changed, two things came off. Updating means finding whoever built the site, so the old version stays up and people order from it.
They sit on the site, on Google, on a booking or ordering platform and on social, and they often only match by accident. Someone who turns up on a day you were closed often does not come back.
Head count, date, dietary requirements, whether it is drop-off or staffed. Without those the enquiry is just a question, and pricing it becomes a conversation instead of a quote.
Parking, walk-ins, whether the kitchen is still open, whether you can do gluten free. All answerable on a page, and rarely on one.
You stay in the kitchen. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.
Readable at a glance on a phone, fast on bad reception, and easy for search engines and AI assistants to read rather than locked inside a file that has to be downloaded.
Trading hours, kitchen hours and holiday closures on the page, updated by sending a voice note. No hunting for a login the week before Christmas.
Head count, date, dietaries and whether it is drop-off or staffed, asked once in writing, so your first reply can be a price rather than a question.
Ordering, delivery and bookings stay with your existing platform. We point people at it clearly rather than pretending to replace it, and switching later is a message, not a rebuild.
The full five steps are on the how it works page.
This page covers a group of businesses that sell in much the same way. Where one has a page of its own, it is linked.
Menu, hours and where you are, readable in one glance on a phone.
What you serve and how to order it, with a clear link to whatever platform you use.
An enquiry that asks head count, date and dietaries so you can quote from it.
A dedicated page covering menus, bookings and service in more depth.
This is a demo rather than client work, and the business in it is made up. Real client sites will replace it as they go live.
Menu and hours readable on a phone without pinching to zoom.
Food and hospitality demo site, built the same way yours would be. Open it on a phone, because that is where many of your customers will first find you.
There is no client portfolio here yet, and we would rather say so than pad the page with logos we have not earned.
Three plans, one flat monthly fee, and the rate you start on is the rate you keep.

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.
Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.
If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.
On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.
No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.
Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.
The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

Send a voice note, a message or a photo of the new menu and we make the change. Every plan includes monthly change time, from 20 minutes a month up to 60 depending on the plan, and a price update is a small job.
No, we do not build ordering or delivery systems, and we would rather be upfront about it. Your site links out clearly to whatever platform you already use, and changing platforms later is a message to us rather than a rebuild.
We would strongly suggest not. A PDF has to be downloaded, opens in a viewer and needs pinching to read on a phone, which is where most people look at it. As real text it loads quickly and can be read by search engines and AI assistants.
Yes, and the enquiry is built to actually let you quote: head count, date, dietaries and whether it is drop-off or staffed. It captures the details rather than just passing on a question.
Send them through and they go up. Holiday closures and changed kitchen hours are typical monthly changes for a venue.
Yes. Cafes, takeaway and catering all sell in much the same way and are covered here. Restaurants have a page of their own if you want more depth on menus and bookings.
