The guarantee

Five guarantees, in writing.

Your site is live within 7 working days of us receiving your details or your first month is free. If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, your billing pauses until one does (on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans). After your first 3 months you can leave with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one. And there are no meetings at any point.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

One at a time

What each guarantee actually means

Written the way we'd explain it on the phone, if we did phone calls.

  1. Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

The clock runs only on our time. It starts once your business form and voice note reach us, so if you subscribe on a Monday and send your voice note a fortnight later, the seven working days run from the day it lands, not the Monday. It pauses any time the ball is in your court after that too, whether that's you looking over the preview, a first response we're waiting on, or something you forgot to mention the first time round. Those days don't count against us.

Anything that reaches us before 12pm Melbourne time, AEST or AEDT depending on the time of year, counts as arriving that working day. Anything later counts as the next one. That is not us being precious, it just means the deadline is measured the same way every time.

Delays nobody controls do not count either: a registrar taking its time, a domain transfer, DNS changes working their way around the internet on a domain you already own. What is left is our time, and if we go past seven working days of it, your first month is free.

  2. 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

A real lead is a form enquiry with real details from a real person, or 5 or more taps on the Tap to Call button on your site in the 90 days (we count one tap per visitor per day). Bots, sales calls and your own tests do not count. We keep a record of form enquiries and taps on your site so we can tell when a lead came in. If it is genuinely unclear we will take your word for it rather than argue.

If that has not happened within 90 days of your site going live, we pause your billing. It starts again the moment a lead lands. Amounts you have already paid are not refunded.

What this is not: a promise about rankings. We will not tell you where you will sit in search results or how long that takes, because nobody honestly can. This guarantee is about enquiries reaching you.

This guarantee applies on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans. It is not part of Starter.

It also needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site. We help you set one up and walk you through Google's verification, or work with the one you already have. You give us manager access so we can check it, and you keep it verified and active.

Your 90 days start from the later of go-live and the day your profile is verified and linked. If Google suspends your profile, the count stops until it is back. If you upgrade to a plan that includes the guarantee, the 90 days start from the day you upgrade, once your profile is verified and linked.

Your site stays live the whole time. This pause is automatic and has no cap. It is separate from the pause you can ask for after your first 3 months, and paused months do not count toward the 9 paid months for a handover.

  3. It's yours, day one

Your domain and content sit in your name from launch.

The domain is registered to you, not to us. The content is yours. You can move the domain any time. The site itself can be handed over after 9 paid months with no handover fee, and until then it stays live and backed up with us while you're subscribed.

This is worth checking with anyone you are comparing us to. Plenty of subscription website services register the domain in their own name, which means leaving costs you the address your customers know.

  4. 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months you cancel with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Your first 3 months from go-live are the minimum term. After that it runs month to month.

To cancel, give us 30 days' notice. There is no exit fee. Cancelling inside the first 3 months means paying out the rest of those 3 months.

Before we process a cancellation we'll offer you a one month pause instead, in case that is all you need. If you still cancel, your site stays live until the month you've paid for ends. We then keep a backup for 6 months. Pay again in that time and we put it back. Your domain is yours the whole way through.

  5. No meetings, ever

Voice note, message or email only.

There is no call to book at any stage, including after you are live. Changes, questions and new pages all go the same way: send it however suits you and we handle it.

This is not us being hard to reach. It is the opposite. You get a reply without having to find a mutual free hour first.

The other half

What we don't guarantee

A guarantee is only worth reading if the limits are in the same place as the promises.

We don't promise rankings

No one can honestly tell you where you will sit in Google or how long it will take. Anyone who does is guessing or selling. We build the site to be found, and we guarantee that enquiries reach you, which is the part that actually pays your bills.

We don't refund what you've already paid

Guarantee 02 pauses your billing, it does not claw back past invoices. We would rather say that plainly than bury it. It applies on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans and needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site.

We don't do meetings, even if you want one

Guarantee 05 cuts both ways. If you would prefer a long kickoff call, we are the wrong fit and we would rather tell you now.

Standing policy

Two things that aren't guarantees, but should be

two rounds of feedback on the preview before your site goes live. If you are still not happy after both, we walk away and you owe no fees. If we have already charged a domain fee and have not registered the domain yet, we refund that too.

Your domain, sorted. Bring your own and we point it at the site for nothing. Need one? We'll find you an available name and register it, $49 for the first year, then it renews at normal registrar rates. Premium and short domains cost more, and we'll quote you the price first.

The $49 is not only the registration fee, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Registering a name is the cheap part. The rest covers the work around it: checking what is actually available, and finding you something good when the obvious name is already taken, which it usually is.

You are not charged for the domain when you sign up. We send you the available names, and charge the fee once you approve one, before we register it. If you walk away before we register it, we refund it in full.

Guarantee FAQs

The questions people actually ask

More on the full FAQ page if your question is not here.

What counts as a real lead?

A real lead is a form enquiry with real details from a real person, or 5 or more taps on the Tap to Call button on your site in the 90 days (we count one tap per visitor per day). Bots, sales calls and your own tests do not count. We keep a record of form enquiries and taps on your site so we can tell when a lead came in. If it is genuinely unclear we will take your word for it rather than argue.

When exactly does the 7 working day clock start?

It starts the day we receive all your business information or your voice note, not the day you subscribe. It only counts our build time, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us after 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving the next working day. If we then miss 7 working days of our own time, your first month is free.

What happens to my billing if no lead comes in?

Your billing pauses at the 90 days mark and resumes the moment a real lead reaches you (on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans). Amounts already paid are not refunded. Your site stays live the whole time. This pause is automatic and has no cap. It is separate from the pause you can ask for after your first 3 months, and paused months do not count toward the 9 paid months for a handover.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

For the 90-day lead guarantee on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, yes. It needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site. If you don't have one we help you set one up and walk you through Google's verification. If you already have one we work with it. You give us manager access so we can set it up, edit it and keep it linked. Google does the verification, and its timing varies. A postcard code usually arrives within 14 days, and a video review can take up to 5 working days, sometimes longer. Your 90 days start from the later of go-live and the day your profile is verified and linked.

Can I cancel before the minimum term is up?

The minimum term is 3 months from go-live, so cancelling inside it means paying out the rest of those 3 months. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice and no exit fee.

What does the $49 domain fee actually cover?

The registration for your first year, plus the work of finding you a name that is available. Registering a domain is the cheap part; the search is what takes the time, because the obvious name for your business is usually gone. Premium and short domains are priced differently and we will quote you the price first. You are not charged for the domain when you sign up. We send you the available names, and charge the fee once you approve one, before we register it. If you walk away before we register it, we refund it in full.

When do you register the domain?

We register it once you have approved your build preview, shortly before you go live, and it is registered in your name. You are not charged for the domain when you sign up. We send you the available names, and charge the fee once you approve one, before we register it. If you walk away before we register it, we refund it in full.

Do I really keep the site if I leave?

Your domain is always yours. Your site stays live until the month you've paid for ends, then we keep a backup for 6 months. Pay again in that time and we restore it. After 9 paid months you can take the site itself with you, with no handover fee. Before that, the site stays with us unless we agree otherwise.

The full detail sits in our terms, which you tick to accept at signup. There is no separate agreement to sign.

Not much left to risk, is there?

From $89 a month. Live in 7 working days, your domain in your name. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now. 90-day lead guarantee on Core Hub and Local Dominator, in writing.
