The whole thing runs around your day, not ours. Only one of these five steps needs anything from you.

No card is charged at this point. There is no call to book, no proposal to wait on and no salesperson to get past. You pick the tier that matches how many pages you need and that is the end of the admin.
If you pick the wrong tier it is not a problem. You can move up a tier later without paying to rebuild.

You tell us about the business
We send you a short form and a link to leave a voice note. That is the whole brief.
Talk us through what you do, the areas you cover, and why someone should call you instead of the next result on Google. Two or three minutes of talking is usually plenty. If you would rather type it or email it, that works too.
This is the only part that needs you. Everything after it is our job. Most people do it from the ute between jobs.

Your site is built and launched within 7 working days of your details reaching us.
Not from the day you signed up. From the day your details land with us. That distinction matters, and it is the one most people get caught out by elsewhere.
We build from a blueprint made for your trade rather than a blank template, drop in your real details, photos and service areas, and do the SEO groundwork at the same time: page structure, headings, local signals and schema. It is set up to be found, not just to look tidy.

You review it before anyone else sees it
We send a preview link and a short walkthrough video. You get two rounds of changes.
Nothing goes live until you have looked at it. Send your changes back the same way you sent the brief: voice note, message or email. We make them and send it back.
If you are still not happy after both rounds, we walk away and you owe no fees. That is not a refund process with conditions attached, it is simply the end of it. If we have already charged a domain fee and have not registered the domain yet, we refund that too.

Why there are no meetings
There is nothing a meeting does that a clear voice note cannot. You tell us the business, we handle the build, you approve it before it is live. That is the whole trick.
It also means you are not waiting on a calendar. Most of the delay in a normal web project is people trying to find a time to talk, not people building.

Hosting and upkeep
Hosting, SSL and backups sit on Cloudflare's network and are included in the monthly fee. There is no separate hosting bill and no plugin renewals to chase.
If you want to leave
3 months to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. No exit fee. You take the domain with you, and the site itself after 9 paid months, with no handover fee. Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

How long does it actually take?
Seven working days from when we receive your business details, not from when you sign up. If you send your voice note the day you subscribe, that is seven working days from then. If it takes you a fortnight to get to it, the clock starts when it lands.
Do I have to get on a call?
No, and there is no option to. Everything runs by voice note, message or email. There is nothing a meeting achieves here that a clear two-minute voice note does not, and it saves you an hour you would rather spend working.
What do you actually need from me?
What you do, the areas you cover, your contact details, and anything that makes you worth calling over the next result. Photos help if you have them. If you do not, we work with what is available and it is not a blocker.
What if I don't like what you build?
You get two rounds of changes on the preview before anything goes live. If it is still not right after both, we walk away and you owe no fees. If we have already charged a domain fee and have not registered the domain yet, we refund that too.
Am I technical enough for this?
Yes. If you can leave a voicemail you can do your part. You never touch a page builder, a hosting panel or a domain setting. That is the point of the whole thing.
What happens to my existing website?
It stays up until your new site is ready. We point your domain at the new site on launch day so there is no window where customers land on nothing.
