NDIS provider website design, in plain language.

SiteDone builds and hosts websites for Australian NDIS providers from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. The people reading your site are participants, family members and support coordinators, and they are trying to work out what you offer and whether you have capacity. The site says that plainly, in language that is easy to read, with an enquiry path that is easy to use. Send a voice note about the supports you deliver and we build the rest.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

Sound familiar?

Where NDIS provider enquiries get lost

Your readers are often making a careful decision on someone else's behalf, and usually comparing several providers at once.

The services are described in sector language

Written the way funding paperwork is written rather than the way a family would say it. A parent looking for help getting their son to appointments cannot tell whether that is what you do.

Most people can't tell if you have capacity

Capacity is often one of the first things a support coordinator screens on, and it changes. If the site never says, they often assume the answer is no and move to the next provider on their list.

The site is hard to actually use

Small text, low contrast, forms that need a mouse, PDFs that will not read aloud. For an audience that includes people with disability, an inaccessible site is not a design problem, it is a closed door.

There is no obvious way to ask a question

Enquiries often come from a coordinator or a family member rather than the participant, and they usually have questions before they are ready to refer. If the only option is a bare contact form, many do not bother.

How it works

One voice note, live in 7 working days

You keep supporting participants. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.

Services described the way people say them

Plain descriptions of what you actually do and who it suits, written to be understood on the first read. You tell us in a voice note and we write it back in language a family would use.

Built to be readable

Real text rather than PDFs, sensible sizes and contrast, proper headings, and keyboard-usable links and forms. Standard practice on every SiteDone build, and it matters more here than almost anywhere.

Capacity you can update in a message

Whether you are taking referrals, and for what, changed by voice note whenever it changes. Every plan includes time for exactly this sort of update.

An enquiry path that suits the reader

Room for a coordinator or family member to ask a question before making a referral, rather than a form that assumes they have already decided.

The full five steps are on the how it works page.

See it first

See an NDIS provider website before you sign up

This is a demo rather than client work, and the business in it is made up. Real client sites will replace it as they go live.

NDIS providers demo site, built the same way yours would be. Open it on a phone, because that is where many of your customers will first find you.

There is no client portfolio here yet, and we would rather say so than pad the page with logos we have not earned.

What happens if it doesn't work

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.

  • Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

  • 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.

  • 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about NDIS provider websites

More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.

Can you write the service descriptions for us?

Yes, that is the normal way it works. You talk us through the supports you deliver in a voice note and we write them back in plain language, then you review the draft before anything goes live.

Will the site be accessible?

Real text rather than PDFs, sensible sizing and contrast, proper heading structure, and links and forms that work with a keyboard. That is how we build every site, and it matters more for your audience than most.

Can we show whether we are taking referrals?

Yes, and keeping it current is one of the most useful things you can do with your included change time. Send a message when capacity changes and we update it.

Can you advise on what we should say about our registration or funding?

No, and we would not try. How you describe your registration, the supports you can deliver and anything about funding is yours to determine, and we will publish exactly what you give us. We are a website builder, not an adviser on your obligations. If you are registered, we can say so, and we suggest pointing people to the NDIS Provider Register so they can check it. We will not say you are registered if you are not, and we will not use the NDIS logo or "NDIS approved" wording.

Do you build participant portals or rostering systems?

No, we do not build portals, rostering or client management systems, and we would rather say so upfront. If that is essential to how you operate, you need something more custom than SiteDone.

How quickly can it be live?

Seven working days from when your details reach us, counting our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.
