It is deliberately narrow: three plans, one way of working, and a short list of things we do not do. Why it exists
The three usual options all ask for something
An agency wants weeks of meetings and several thousand dollars before anything exists. A website builder hands you a blank page and assumes you have the evenings, the words and the patience. A lead directory rents you enquiries that stop the day you stop paying, and leaves you owning nothing.
Each of those works for somebody. None of them works for a sole trader who is on the tools all day, has no spare evenings, and needs the phone to ring. SiteDone is built for that person specifically, which is why it is a subscription rather than a project, and why the entire intake is a voice note.
How we work
Four things that shape everything else
These are the decisions the rest of the product falls out of.
No meetings, ever
Not a scheduling preference. Most of the delay in a normal web project is people trying to find an hour to talk, and a clear voice note does everything that hour would have.
You own it
The domain and the content are in your name from launch. You can move the domain any time, and the site itself can be handed over after 9 paid months, with no handover fee.
Limits get said out loud
We do not build booking systems, portals, ordering or custom integrations. Where a page has to leave something out, it says so and says why rather than going quiet.
Being straight
SiteDone is new. The work isn't.
SiteDone is a new business, so there is no wall of client logos on this site, and the reviews on the homepage are labelled as illustrative examples rather than dressed up as customers, because that is what they are. The demo sites are demos and say so. When there are real clients and real reviews, they will replace all of it.
What isn't new is the building. I've spent 20+ years in IT and 15+ years building websites and web apps for clients in Australia, Singapore, the US and Europe. SiteDone is that experience, pointed at tradies and small businesses.

Being new is why the guarantees are written the way they are. If the site has not produced a real lead within 90 days of going live, your billing pauses (on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans), and if you are not happy with the build we walk away and you owe nothing. Those exist so you are not the one carrying the risk of a business that has not proved itself yet.
