Can the site handle both emergency and restoration work?
Yes, and it needs to. They are opposite customers: one wants a number in five seconds, the other wants to be convinced over a fortnight. Each gets its own path so neither has to read the other's page.
Should I mention insurance claims?
You can say whether you work with insurers and whether you provide reports. We would not put anything on the page about what a policy will or will not cover, because that varies by insurer and is not yours to promise.
Should I show my licence on the site?
Yes, if you hold one, and where people look. Each state has its own rules for roofing, and some require the licence number on advertising, including websites. Roof plumbing can need its own licence. Send us the details you want shown, and you stay responsible for holding the right licence and keeping it current.
Are photos worth it for roofing?
Often more than other trades, because the work happens where nobody can see it. A before and after from the roof is often the only evidence a customer will ever have.
