Tradie websites

Landscaper website design that survives the off season.

SiteDone builds and hosts websites for Australian landscapers and gardeners from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. Landscaping swings with the seasons and sells on what the finished yard looks like, so the site is built around your photos and around being able to change what you are pushing without rebuilding anything. Send a voice note about the work you take on and we build the rest.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

Where landscaping enquiries fall over

Two problems at once: the work is visual, and what people want changes four times a year.

Design and maintenance get confused

A full backyard build and a fortnightly mow are different businesses at completely different prices. When both sit on one services page, the maintenance customers think you are expensive and the design customers think you are a mowing round.

What you are pushing changes with the season

Turf in spring, irrigation before summer, cleanups in autumn. The site was written once, so it keeps advertising whatever was relevant the week it went live.

The finished yard is only on your phone

Landscaping is bought almost entirely on how the result looks. The photos that would sell the next job are sitting in a camera roll, not on the page someone checks before ringing.

Access can swing the price

Whether a bobcat fits down the side, whether everything is going through the house, whether the block slopes. It changes the quote enormously and rarely arrives with the enquiry.

How it works

One voice note, live in 7 working days

You stay on the tools. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.

Design and maintenance kept apart

Separate paths, each priced and described for the customer it is aimed at, so neither one makes the other look wrong.

Seasonal changes by voice note

Push turf in spring and cleanups in autumn by sending a message. Changing what the site leads with is a monthly change, not a rebuild, and every plan includes the time for it.

A gallery that carries the page

Phone photos of finished yards, given room rather than tucked into a tab. It is the closest thing landscaping has to a quote in advance.

An enquiry that asks about access

Rough size, what is there now, and how you get machinery in. The things that actually move the price, asked once in writing.

The full five steps are on the how it works page.

This is a demo rather than client work, and the business in it is made up. Real client sites will replace it as they go live.

Landscaper

Seasonal services and a gallery, with suburb pages underneath.

Landscapers demo site, built the same way yours would be. Open it on a phone, because that is where many of your customers will first find you.

There is no client portfolio here yet, and we would rather say so than pad the page with logos we have not earned.

What happens if it doesn't work

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.

  • Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

  • 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.

  • 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about landscaper websites

More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.

Can I change what the site pushes each season?

Yes, and that is one of the most useful things about having change time included. Send a voice note and we swap what the site leads with, so spring turf and autumn cleanups each get their turn without a rebuild.

Should design and maintenance be separate?

Almost always. They are different customers at very different prices, and putting them together makes the maintenance work look expensive and the design work look small.

How many photos should I send?

As many finished jobs as you have. Phone photos in daylight are fine, and a wide shot of a completed yard does more than a close-up of a plant. Send them through and we build the gallery around them.

Can I list the suburbs I cover?

Yes, and on the larger plans each can have its own page. It matters in landscaping because travel and trailer access shape which jobs are worth taking.

Should I show my licence on the site?

Yes, if you hold one. Each state has its own rules for landscaping, and they often depend on the type of work, such as structures and retaining walls, rather than gardening. Some states require the licence number on advertising, including websites. Send us the details you want shown, and you stay responsible for holding the right licence and keeping it current.

Can the site take bookings for regular maintenance?

No, we do not build booking or scheduling systems, and we would rather say so upfront. The site takes a detailed enquiry so you can schedule the way you already do.

How quickly can it be live?

Seven working days from when your details reach us, counting our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.

What if work goes quiet for a while?

Winter slows landscaping down for most people. After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. The site stays live, so people can still find you. One pause every 12 months.
