How it works
One voice note, live in 7 working days
You stay on the tools. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.
Install, service and repair, kept apart
Each with its own argument, on its own page where your plan has room, so the emergency customer is not reading about ducted design and the install customer is not reading callout copy. Core Hub includes two or three suburb or service pages and Local Dominator five to ten. On Starter your services share one Services page.
Seasonal changes by voice note
Lead with repairs and emergency callouts when it is hot, servicing in the shoulder, installs in the quiet. Sending a message changes what the site pushes, with time included on every plan.
The systems you actually work on
Stated plainly, in the words customers use, so people can tell in seconds whether you handle what is on their wall or in their roof.
An enquiry that asks about the house
Rooms, storeys, roof access and what is already installed. The things that decide an install quote, asked once in writing.
The full five steps are on the how it works page.
What it costs
What an air conditioning website costs, and what's included
Three plans, one flat monthly fee, and the rate you start on is the rate you keep.
Websites for HVAC and air conditioning businesses start at $89 a month, with hosting, SSL, backups and monthly change time included. Setup is $0 right now. The 90-day lead guarantee is on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans.
No long-term contract. 3 months to start, then month to month.
Prices are in AUD and charged monthly. We're not currently registered for GST, so none is added. The $49 domain registration and any add-ons are separate.
Full comparison and the fine print are on the pricing page, and all five guarantees are on the guarantee page.

What happens if it doesn't work
The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.
Live in 7 working days
Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.
90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses
If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.
On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.
3 months to start, then month to month
No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.
Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.
The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions about air conditioning websites
More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.
Can I change what the site leads with when it gets hot?
+–
Yes, and it is one of the better uses of your included change time. Send a voice note and we switch the site to lead with repairs and emergency callouts, then back to installs when it cools off.
Should install and repair be separate pages?
+–
Yes, where your plan has room. An install is a considered purchase made over weeks and a repair is an emergency measured in hours. Sharing a page means neither argument lands properly.
Can I mention rebates or energy efficiency?
+–
Only with something to back it, and we leave it off by default. Rebates change by state and by year, and running costs depend on the unit and the building, so putting numbers on the page creates a claim you have to defend.
How do I show which systems I work on?
+–
In the words customers use rather than model numbers. Most people do not know what they have, so plain descriptions of split, ducted and evaporative do more than a brand list.
Do I need commercial work on a separate page?
+–
If you want it, yes, where your plan has room. Commercial buyers assess scheduling, compliance and capacity rather than comfort, which is a different argument from a domestic install.
Can I show my licence on my site?
+–
Yes. Each state has its own rules for showing licence details in advertising, and the licence that applies can depend on the type of work you do. Send us your licence details with your other information and we will add them. You stay responsible for holding the right licence and for meeting your state's rules, so check what applies to you before you send it over.
How quickly can it be live?
+–
Seven working days from when your details reach us, counting our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you. Worth getting up before the season turns rather than during it.
What if work goes quiet for a while?
+–
Air con work comes in waves. After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month in a quiet stretch. The site stays live. One pause every 12 months.
