A crane hire website built for the person planning the lift.

SiteDone builds and hosts websites for Australian crane hire and rigging businesses from $89 a month, live within 7 working days of us getting your details. The person reading your site is not a homeowner in a hurry. It is a site manager or builder working out whether your fleet suits the lift, whether the paperwork will hold up, and whether you will be there on the scheduled morning. The site is built to answer that. Send a voice note about your fleet and the work you take on, and we build the rest.

$0 setup fee, 2 of 3 build slots open right now.

What a site manager is checking before they hire a crane

This is usually a procurement decision made in advance, not an emergency call. It is assessed on capability and risk.

The fleet often isn't listed anywhere

The first question is whether you have the right machine for the lift. If capacities, reach and configurations are not on the site, a coordinator cannot shortlist you and often moves to someone whose fleet is published.

Compliance is often assumed, rarely shown

Insurance, tickets, maintenance records, method statements. A builder needs to know the paperwork exists before they get to a conversation, and it is easy to leave that entirely implied.

Reliability is the real product

A crane that does not arrive on the scheduled morning can stop an entire site and cost more than the hire. Little on a typical site speaks to scheduling, notice periods or what happens if something goes wrong.

The enquiry rarely has enough to plan a lift

Load weight, radius, site access, ground conditions, duration. Without them nobody can propose a machine, so many enquiries become a long call before any real work starts.

How it works

One voice note, live in 7 working days

You keep the fleet working. We write the pages, build the site and do the search groundwork.

Your fleet, published properly

Each machine with its capacity, reach and typical use, so a coordinator can match it to the lift themselves and arrive at the enquiry already knowing what they want.

Compliance where procurement looks for it

Insurance, tickets, maintenance and documentation stated plainly in your own terms. Not buried in a footer, because it is one of the first things a builder screens on.

An enquiry that supports a lift plan

Load, radius, access, ground conditions and dates, asked once in writing, so your first reply can propose a machine rather than ask four questions.

Coverage and scheduling made clear

The regions you travel to, typical notice periods and how you handle changes. The reliability questions answered before anyone has to ask them.

The full five steps are on the how it works page.

What happens if it doesn't work

The commitments that come with every build, not just the good-news version.

  • Live in 7 working days

Seven working days of our build time, counted from when we have everything we need. Miss it and your first month is free.

  • 90 days to a real lead, or billing pauses

If no real lead reaches you within 90 days of going live, billing pauses and resumes the moment a lead comes in.

On the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, with a verified Google Business Profile.

  • 3 months to start, then month to month

No long-term contract. After your first 3 months, 30 days' notice to cancel and no exit fee. Your domain is yours from day one.

Quiet month? After your first 3 months you can pause billing for a month. Your site stays live.

The 7 working days counts our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you, and anything reaching us before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) counts as arriving that working day. All five guarantees, and their limits, are on the guarantee page.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about crane hire websites

More on the full FAQ page if yours is not here.

Should the fleet be on the website?

It is one of the most useful things you can publish. A coordinator shortlists on whether a machine suits the lift, so capacities, reach and configurations let them do that themselves instead of ringing to find out.

How should compliance be presented?

In your own words, near the front rather than in a footer. We will state that you hold insurance, tickets and maintenance records if you do, but we will not characterise standards, licence classes or what a policy covers on your behalf. Those are yours to state. You stay responsible for holding what you list and keeping it current.

Can the site produce a lift plan or a quote?

No, and it should not. What it does is capture load, radius, access, ground conditions and dates, so your first reply can propose a machine rather than start with four questions.

Should machines have their own pages?

On the larger plans, yes, particularly for the machines you most want work for. A page per machine can be found on its own and gives a coordinator something specific to point at.

Do we need different pages for civil, construction and residential lifts?

If those buyers assess you differently, which they usually do. A tilt panel job and a residential pool shell lift are the same crane and a completely different conversation.

How quickly can it be live?

Seven working days from when your details reach us, counting our build time only, so it pauses while we are waiting on you. No monthly fees until your site is live. The $49 domain registration is separate.
