3 months from go-live, then month to month. No long-term contract. After your first 3 months you can pause for a month or cancel with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. Cancelling inside the first 3 months means paying out the rest of them. The full detail is in the terms.
If your site has not produced a real lead within 90 days of going live, your billing pauses until it does. Amounts already paid are not refunded. This is a guarantee about leads, not about search rankings. It applies on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, not Starter, and needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site. Your 90 days start from the later of go-live and the day your profile is verified and linked. Your site stays live the whole time. This pause is automatic and has no cap. It is separate from the pause you can ask for after your first 3 months, and paused months do not count toward the 9 paid months for a handover.
You can upgrade any time. If you upgrade to a plan that includes the 90-day lead guarantee, the 90 days start from the day you upgrade, once your Google Business Profile is verified and linked. We don't offer downgrades, because your site is built for the plan you chose. If you want less, you can cancel under the normal terms.
After your first 3 months you can pause billing for up to 1 month. The site stays live. You can pause once every 12 months, counted from the day your last pause ended. Ask at least 5 business days before your next billing date. This is separate from the 90-day lead guarantee, which pauses billing by itself (on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans).
Your domain is yours from day one. After 9 paid months you can take the site itself with you, with no handover fee. Paused months do not count toward the 9.
You get two rounds of feedback on the preview before the site goes live. If you are still not happy after both, we walk away and you owe no fees. If we have already charged a domain fee and have not registered the domain yet, we refund that too.
Already have one? We point it at your new site at no cost. Need one? We'll find you an available domain and register it, $49 for the first year. Premium or short domains cost more, and we'll quote you the price first. You are not charged for the domain when you sign up. We send you the available names, and charge the fee once you approve one, before we register it. If you walk away before we register it, we refund it in full.

For the 90-day lead guarantee on the Core Hub and Local Dominator plans, yes. It needs a verified Google Business Profile linked to your site. If you don't have one we help you set one up and walk you through Google's verification. If you already have one we work with it. You give us manager access so we can set it up, edit it and keep it linked. Google does the verification, and its timing varies. A postcard code usually arrives within 14 days, and a video review can take up to 5 working days, sometimes longer. Your 90 days start from the later of go-live and the day your profile is verified and linked.
Yes, once you are 3 months past go-live. A pause is up to 1 month, your site stays live, and billing stops for that month.
